You're first question is: What is BOE? BOE stands for Blackwater Outdoor Experiences. It is a component of the Adolescent Health Center based in Richmond, VA. We take young adults on various outdoor excursions and provide therapy to help them deal with some troubles they are dealing with in their lives. These pix are from a 21 day WV trip we recently went on. We did some backpacking, climbing, caving, ropes course elements and canoeing - along with a lot of fun group discussions.
